Shahnaz Rahman, the wife of late Latifur Rahman, took charge of Transcom Group as the Chairman and Managing Director after the founder, Latifur Rahman’s demise. She has also been working as a director of the company during the previous years before taking the Chairman position of all subsidiaries and companies of Transcom Group. She completed her Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA (Accounting and Business Management) degree from Begum Badrunessa Govt. Girls College and has been actively involved in Transom Group’s business operations.
Shahnaz Rahman has also been working as the Chairman of Bangladesh Lamps Ltd. since 2013 and Reliance Insurance Ltd. since 2019.
